Donna Chatfield and her husband Chris owned and operated a property preservation company for 10 years which introduced them into real estate.
Chris Chatfield has owned and operated several successful businesses throughout the years. He owned his own commercial cleaning company at 19 years old, a commercial and residential lawn care company then eventually a property preservation company along with his wife Donna. This particular company serviced and maintained foreclosed homes for banks throughout Ohio and WV.
In 2018, he and Donna decided to start investing in real estate by flipping single family homes and buying rental properties. Their company, DC Contracting, serviced thousands of foreclosed properties for banks throughout Ohio and WV. In 2018, they became real estate mastery students with an extensive real-estate training program (Ranked on the Inc. 500 list for three consecutive years). Since that time, they have invested in commercial properties which includes a 20-unit apartment complex, a 4-unit complex and an 8000-sf retail home décor business which has been Donna’s dream.
She and her husband also own several single-family rental properties and have renovated and sold several homes in the past 4 years. Her passion is to revitalize and provide affordable housing for residents in her hometown in WV. They are now focusing on a larger passive income portfolio to create generational wealth for their 5 children. Donna has a passion for marketing and growing her retail business in which she has grown to five figure months in less than a year. Chris is now focusing on rental properties to enhance his passive income portfolio. He loves to help others with their real estate dreams as well.
